It is regretted to say here that, a group in there early service days, engaged in the nation building process, are left out from the main stream of present day working of the government. The so called senior citizens, with full of working experience in different terrains of this great nation, is forced to sit idle in the home or old age homes at different corner, when the nation is seriously affecting from want of problem solving skilled beurocrites and diplomats.
