Defence Civilian Pensioners Association (Kerala Chapter) was established in April 2014. A General Body meeting was held at Kayankulam and an eighteen body executive council was formed with Shri T P Gopalakrishnan as Chairman and Shri S Ram Mohan Unnithan as General Secretary.
